Refund policy
At Nirree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Return Eligibility
- We currently accept returns from customers within the United Kingdom only.
Return Period
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Items returned without tracking that are lost in transit cannot be refunded.
- We will provide you with the correct return address once your request has been approved.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at help@nirree.com with your order number, photos, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Return instructions will include the correct return address.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
- Once verified, we will provide either a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- You will be notified by email once your refund has been approved and issued.
- No restocking fees will apply.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order for the replacement item.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch by contacting us at help@nirree.com.
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may still return the item under our 30-day return policy.
