  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total timeframe: 5–9 business days = 1–3 business days processing + 4–6 business days delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your information is accurate.

Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, public holidays, or courier issues. If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer service team.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at help@nirree.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
  • If your order appears lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier. Once confirmed, we will issue either a free replacement or a full refund.
